I have practiced several forms of meditation before and I have experienced 〝movements〞 before but was told that I should try to suppress any body movements with my mind.
Since learning All-stages Meditation I learned how our mind works and can more effectively deal with different situations that arise during meditation.
Like everyone else, over the years I have accumulated many issues that stored in my body as knots and muscle tightness. By allowing body movements to be expressed freely and fully helped resolve some of these embedded issues. I shall continue to practice to resolve more of these issues.
