加拿大覺友               Pearl Chee     (2023年3月5日)

本人於2019年首次認識全程靜坐,當時已經覺得獲益良多,可惜沒有深入跟進。
三 個月前,再次有機會參加全程靜坐,今次更深刻體會到做了靜坐之後,加上持之以恆,令到身心安康:身體猶如補充了能量、叉了電,即使整天工作、疲憊、睡眠不 足,做了靜坐之後,感覺身體輕鬆、有能量。心境比以前更加開朗平和,添加了很多正能量,負面的消息或情緒不會緊記於心,憐憫心,同情心的感覺多了。很多事 都看得輕淡了。
很感恩有這份機緣能夠參與全程靜坐。多謝楊老師悉心教導。我希望能夠繼續堅持做全程靜坐。

I first learned about All-stages meditation in 2019. At that time, I felt that I had benefited a lot, but it was a pity that I did not follow up in depth.
Three months ago, I had the opportunity to participate in the learning of All-stages of meditation again. This time, I realized more deeply that after practicing meditation, coupled with perseverance, it makes my body and mind much healthier: the body seems replenished with energy and electricity, even I have worked all day, feeling tired, and sleep insufficiently, after doing meditation, I feel relaxed and energetic. The state of mind is more cheerful and peaceful than before, increased with a lot of positive energy, negative news or emotions will not be kept in my heart, feeling more mercy and compassion. Many things are taken easily.

I am very grateful to have this opportunity to participate in learning All-stages meditation. Thank you Teacher Yeung for your conscientious teaching. I hope I can persist in doing All-stages meditation.
