靜坐體驗

我接觸靜坐兩個多月以來,雖然沒發覺身體或心靈上有甚麼顯著的改變,至少覺得在靜坐過程中,自己已經慢慢地克服了/適應了早期的“坐不定”,“坐不久”的情況。
我每天睡前做十至十五分鐘的靜坐,從中體會到要保持平靜,有耐性。希望以後能持之以恆。

Meditation Experience

I have been practicing meditation for more than two months, although I have not noticed any significant changes in my body or mind, at least I have slowly overcome/adapted to the early stage of inability to sit still and sit longer during the meditation process.

I do 10 to 15 minutes of meditation before going to bed every day, and I learned from it that I have to be calm and patient, and I hope I can persevere in the future.
