我的靜坐練習                                    

我的靜坐練習為每天2至3次,大約20-30分鐘, 當中有10-15分鐘可以完完全全空白腦子,享受靜下來的舒服感覺。
我深信日復一日的靜坐,就能獲得楊老師所講嘅深層意識鬱結清洗而得到快樂。至於[開頂],我是不強求,但我期望有天能夠出現,就算沒有出現也不會失望,因為我已經得到第一步靜坐好處。

My Meditation Practice   

My meditation practice is 2 to 3 times a day, each about 20-30 minutes, whereupon 10-15 minutes of time I can completely blank my brain and enjoy the comfortable feeling of quietness and calming.
I firmly believe that by meditating day after day, I can be purged of deep consciousness depression and acquire happiness as indicated by Mr. Yeung. As for [the top opening], I don't want to demand for it, but I hope that one day it will appear, and even if it doesn't, I won't be disappointed, because I've already gotten the advantage of meditation at the very binginning.
